To Whom it may pertain to, Whoa! I've been to Costa Rica and Panama. Why, I'm serious "WHY" in the world would anyone want to live in a country that charges Gringos more than everyone else? when you go eat, you pay more because you are a Gringo, when you buy Property you pay more because you are a Gringo, etc, etc, etc.... When I was in Panama it was the other way around. they lik Americans, if you retire in Panama, you get all kinds of discounts, you get to go to the front of the line at all Banks, stores, etc. you get discounts from your Doctor, public transportation, Restorants your light Bill, etc. I lived in David, Panama andI never felt like I was in any kind of danger.. the reason I'm not there is because I'm having a problem with my retirement money,(SSA). when I get everything fixed up I'll be on my way back to Panama. and what a beautiful country. I can't understand why anyone would ever want to leave.
