My name is Henry Altman. I am an American and I now own Mexico! Yes that’s right I own the Escapeartist Mexico Internet Portal. Why does the US media ‘flog’ Mexico with negative stories?
Mexico poses a huge threat to the United States: It is predicted that the largest migration of USA immigrants in history will occur over the next 15 years and the loss of US tax revenue and the impact to the GDP will be staggering. The media campaign you see on TV is more about the USA economic war than it is about the drug war in my opinion. As our closest neighbor to the south we can not continue to take half step measures to help insure Mexico’s security and our own when our country is fueling the cartels appetite for cash by purchasing their drugs. Could this be the reason for the US-Mexico media flogging campaign, or is there another reason for the US wanting to create fear in the hearts and minds of Americans?
Here is some food for thought; if the US was a corporation, (which it is) and you owned it, the last thing you would want is 5 million of your customers going to your closest competitor (Mexico). By the way if you did not know it Mexico does have better weather, beach front real estate at a 60% discount in many areas, low property taxes (10% of the USA), great food, quality medical services and assisted health care services for a fraction of the price. All of this now having been said, the most important thing to remember, is that the people of Mexico and their culture are as warm and beautiful as their beaches and mountains. If you are a serious buyer NOW is the time to take advantage of the lowest prices on prime investment grade real estate regardless of the US media agenda. At the end of the day one positive piece of news has come of this ‘flogging’ and that is Mexico real estate is ‘on-sale’…in many cases at ½ the price from 3 years ago.

In early October 2010 I had just starting the planning and design of my website to start marketing pre-development sales for La Frontera in the second quarter of 2011.
